Please be advised this is the most unreliable contractor we have worked with yet, and the quality of his work was very poor and required reinstallation by other siding contractors. This siding contractor was contracted by Sears Home Improvement for a residential siding contract in December 2014. Upon completion of the siding job, the home owner identified and communicated to Mr. Chong directly the many, many defects in the job. Mr. Chong is not bilingual (which should be noted for operational and safety purposes) and it was only via an interpreter that the deficiencies could be communicated to Mr. Chong. Mr. Chong left the job and did not return to perform 'any' remediation of the deficiencies. This directly contributed to a 5 month delay in completing the residential siding job, when Sears Home Improvement eventually had to bring in another siding contractor to remediate the siding deficiencies and complete unfinished parts of the siding job. This is not a good or acceptable siding contractor.
