    Replace porch roof

    No I would not recommend him. I hired Mike May 4 this year to replace the roof over our porch. It is now October 15th and finally he got the rubber roofing almost all done but installed it wrong and the rain pores though it making the deck totally sopping wet.
    Mike never works on Mondays and rarely works 2 days in a row or comes when he says he will. I begged him to put the stairs back in that he removed and he finally did but the top stair is 1 and a half inch higher than the other stairs. I tripped on it and fell onto the deck.
    He now says he has no money to hire a Roofing Company to fix the roof. I need the porch finished but I know he will not do it. It has been 5 and half months and
    I have paid him $31,000 for a roof I still do not have. Mike owes me $1000.00 for a shed he did not build + $200.00 fee for estimate + he lost $750.00 which I thnk he rebilled me for.

    I could not have found a more down to earth, organized , timely contractor . He was so accommodating, stayed in communication throughout the project. Was on time completed on time even though it was 100° and project was in the sun .
    Highly recommend. YES I would hire him again
