    We highly recommend Mike. He refinished our master bath while we were away. We gave him full access to our house and he did the job perfectly and on time. He has since returned to help us with numerous projects and we completely trust him. We are so impressed that he and his brother are on the jobs themselves and can't recommend them enough.

    first floor remodel

    Mike did our renovation for our Boston harbor condo. We needed a complete reno of our kitchen and first floor. His team was on time, efficient and kept the place in clean order while completing the reno. This was important to us because we were nervous about renoing our home.
    I am recommending Mike to all of my friends and family who are looking for home work

    Living room remodel, bathroom remodel, painting

    I found Mike and his team through a referral from my good friend. She had said she worked with a great carpenter and wanted to share it with everyone who needed work done on their home.. she was right he was amazing! I live in a condo so it was tricky to maneuver around all of the rules and regulations but he did a fabulous job!!! Hopefully I can pass this info along to anyone who needs a great, trustworthy carpenter..!!!!

    This was a great business to work with. The owner Mike and Jared were extremely thoughtful and both helped equally, they paid great attention to small details. They remodeled our kitchen and helped design our layout. We are already working on our next project with Michael D Lane Homes:)

    Basement remodel

    I came across this page with reviews and found Mike's page. He's a great creative contractor with a great team of guys. He redid my basement last year and through hurricanes and two winters... still standing strong! my basement is beautiful and detailed with great touches. I am contacting Mike about my future porch I want done this summer.......great company

    Mike was amazing!! He built my new addition two summers ago and I always think about him and his work when I walk into my new sun room! He is does expert finish work and pays attention to detail. he picked out our paint for the sun room and I constantly am getting compliments on it! Great company I’d highly reccomend to anyone who needs a home remodel or construction. (:

    Michael Lane built my dream home in 2000. I am sad to say I am selling my home for employment reasons.
    I know he won’t be able to follow me across the country! I hope I will be able to find another contractor who is as trustworthy and creative!

    We are finding serious structural issues with our home that we built under a different construction business that Michael D Lane owned. For some reason that business has been wiped from the internet. Would not ever recommend building with Michael D Lane of Southborough, MA.
