Terrible is word I want to use and I remembered after dealing with him a few weeks! He uses "Quote" or "Contract" to get you on hook, and then he will ask for a large amount each week, but the work doesn't progress as it should, he has no respect for his word. When he gets paid each week and you ask him about progress, he gives you misleading video or pictures, like put down a couple wood floor sample, shoot a video of it and tell you wood floor is "almost" done, etc. He can't be trusted, he only wants to be paid and then drag the project on, and ask for more money for all the "extra" work he has done, and he is will drag the project over-budge. The only suggestion I can make, Is to AVOID HIM be all means necessary. He might be a good talker, but he is not a good contractor or a person you can trust!
