    I have used Handrahan remodeling many times and would highly recommend them. They have great staff/ contractors/ finishing never a problem. I never had to chase them over work or spend weeks waiting. I'm very happy with everything they did for me. Very professional and skillful and attentive.

    They have done a few projects for us over the past several years (kitchen, baths, windows, mud room, etc).
    We are extremely happy with their work and service. Unlike a lot of contractors I've reached out to, they always call back, and see honest about when they can complete a project and if they have time. They have good relationships with their sub contractors which leads to them having a solid reputation in town and doing good work.

Working with them was very straightforward, they are good at communicating, and always kept our project moving along with various subcontractors. Their guys were polite and pleasant, always tidy, easy to have in the house. We were very happy with the final result, and would use them again.

    We worked with Michael Handrahan Remodeling (MHR) on a total renovation of our home.

    In short: it was a disaster.

    Incorrect materials used (structural), didn't follow architectural plans, over budget (without warning), no real project management, almost 6 months behind schedule, and ultimately required legal intervention (a settlement in our favor). They have finished and we are currently fixing unresolved problems such as a foundation leak, plumbing problems, electrical, etc. We deeply regret working with them.

    If you look them up in Plymouth Superior Court, they had a pretty major law suit against them a few years ago by a homeowner/client. They also have recent small claims court cases and a lawyer it seems they use often.

    From our research before hiring them, they seemed to have a great reputation (if a little slow). The namesake has retired, however, and quality and professionalism are now terrible.
