Mike Brogan is affiliated with another crook, Mark Langlois from Southbridge. Together they work to rip people off. Mike was supposed to remove and replace some stairs along with the flooring of the second and third floor porches.
The poor workmanship was disgusting. He used white plastic lattice to make the balusters "up to code" instead of replacing the balusters, Absolutely not a $6000.00 job. When this fiasco was brought to his partners attention and how the work order clearly stated remove and replace the stairs, Mark got defensive and they pulled the permit that was pulled to finish other work. Mark Langlois claims to be a masonry specialist and has ripped of other people in Florida as a flooring specialist along with another person in Ware. Check out RipOff Report.com. If you have a problem with Mike and Mark, contact the Statebaord and file a complaint against Mike's license number 140437 along with your locate Building Inspector. Lets put these crooks out of business.
