Excellent to work with.
Competitive pricing.
Mr Cuniff was recommended to me for roofing work by another contractor I used for other work. I was very happy with his knowledge as well as his honesty, promptness and the final results of the new roof and repairs. I would highly recommend him

I am filing a law suit on mike Cuniff. I hired to to do my roof & all the new aluminum! In the back of the he was to change all soften wood.
He did not & not 3 yrs later it all fell. After paying $6000! Yes he said a year warranted. But he just rigged it up!!! Then when I called him to come out & look at his work that fell down. The who lllllm e gutter & wood fell to the ground! Then he wanted to say you give $3200 then he'll fix it like he should of done the 1st time!! Very disappointed. We agreed for him to fix chimney. He was paint it. I had to call him back for that. Then wen he c lllllm aimed he was done. He didnt even attach a down spout together. He told his workers . The gutter dont work anyhow so dont do it! I kinda amazed & said NO THAT WAS UP TO HIM!
