They did not complete repair, then tried to charge me a fee to come back out after they messed up the appointment reminder, then rescheduled and confirmed, but said minutes before arrival that they would not check the heater unless I paid another fee. very shady. not willing to stand behind their work. taking advantage of a single mom. they should be ashamed.
