First-time home-buyers here! Was recommended by our Realtor. We asked the Realtor to have him pull permits twice, since she was the liason and holding our money in escrow until the work was completed; however, she did not relay that information or he ignored her request. His excuse was that no one asked him. Any contractor doing invasive work like a beam removal knows to pull permits. We are investigating a bit further into whether he is licensed and carries insurance. At the end of the day the responsibility falls on us; however, we were failed by both the Realtor and Mike. Never again!

Did a beautiful job replacing all the windows in my daughters house..Very professional , on time, immaculate clean up, I am having them replace the deck on the house next.I would highly recommend Mike and Justin for any job,big or small!
