this contractor did XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXty fence work, deck work and ran off with money from insurance company to repair bathroom work where water was leaking through the walls. he came recommended by a friend but he never kept his date and time that he was to show up to do work and eventually after getting some money on work he started he would disappear.
