Unfortunately I can't give them a minus 0 score!!!
Full disclosure, I never talked to Mr. Michael Joseph Licavoli, but he is one of the owners at Sonoran Sunset Development, where the members of such entity will try to get every penny they can and lie to your face. I just fired them yesterday in a 3-way call with my lender from Gateway Loans. They were trying to overcharge me $6,545.00 for labor in my pre-slab work that was already included; they kept telling they ran out of funds when they had more than plenty and I've had to pay over $30,000.00 out of pocket to keep my project moving; Sonoran Sunset, requested a 4th draw illegally not informing me, copying in to the email, I didn't sign the approval or request at all and were able to obtain $84,000.00 this last draw without my signature and they are holding the funds because they are claiming they need to give me a bogus NEW "cost analysis" when they have only given me a hand written "Statement" after I've been begging for MONTHS to get a detail breakdown of the expenses, and they are trying to figure out how to keep as much as they can before they are forced to return the funds. I suspect them doing a fraudulent request to obtain my funds. The "PROJECT MANAGER" lied to me saying he was the owner of the company and the general contractor until this Sunday, that I learned that the owner is actually Joseph Robles and Michael Joseph Livavoli is a member listed in their Articales of Organization in the Arizona Corporation Commission, Entity ID 23358357. Needless to say, I have way too much in hard proof that I will be filing a formal complaint with the AZROC tomorrow morning, and I will be filing a lawsuit against all members in the court of law to help other people not be a victim of these unscrupulous individuals. I already requested my lender initiate a full investigation on how they were able to obtain the last draw without my approval, signature, copying me in the email request, etc. I'm sure they will try to get this review taken out, but BEWARE, run before it's too late!!!
There's way too much they've done to me to list here, but my case is what you could consider EXTREME and almost worst case scenario!
