On many occasions this year and going into the past calendar year 2018 I believe I asked the owner to speak with me about kitchen and bathroom sink problems. Michael Michelli helped us determine or identify and repair a problem for bathroom and kitchen drain in the sinks for leaking water. He came to our house and spoke with me and my wife. Michael senior was most easy to speak with. He sent a younger Michael to begin the repair work in both the bathroom and kitchen. The work in the bathroom was completed. The younger Michael did work in the kitchen at first. Additional problems in the kitchen sink drain were not going way and showed up in the kitchen drain line again so he returned himself and made a good attempt to make another repair. Finally the disposal was removed and there was a solution found. He returned for a third time to look at and resolve the issue and finally there was resolution to the problem. He did not give up because he returned a second and third time to take another look at things and to tighten the pipes and finally come up with a solution. He came back to the house and did not charge us anything for the extra time and for spending time at the house for the three return visits. He was most amiable and friendly and talented and should be seen as a man who should be praised for being considerate of what local people in the city can afford for his service. He is indeed sensitive to others and aware of what others can afford to pay for his work. His prices are affordable and fair for sending out another younger talented man for helping home owners. He gave me advice about related issues and spoke with conviction and honesty about making repairs. His small company does deserve your attention and time. I was satisfied with his contribution to the safety and operation of my kitchen and bathroom sinks. Give him a chance to solve related plumbing problems. His company is small but it can proved quality service in plumbing.
