Mike Lucero worked on out bathroom exhaust fan. He was very polite and friendly. He did an amazing job, it was quick and clean. The work was actually less than what he quoted us. I would definitely give him an call for any of our electrical needs.

I have been using Electrical Design and Maintenance for about 7 years. I can describe Mike, the owner, as reliable, punctual, and professional. They have worked on 3 of my homes over the years. Recently, my realtor even asked for Mike’s contact information since he was so pleased. Mike not only does great electrical work, but he is a genuinely nice guy, you’ll be happy to have in your home. He has changed multitudes of outlets and switches, installed lighting fixtures, including a heavy chandelier at the top of my stairwell, ceiling fans, and made repairs to electrical boxes. He and his assistant are hard-working, clean, quiet, and his prices are fair. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

Mike has performed several electrical jobs for us, first to move some plugs for our family room's home theater system, then changing the circuit coverage in our electrical panel, and most recently installing a new outlet in a problematic area of our master bathroom. In each case, Mike was on time, communicated well with me to understand my objectives and what his approach would be, he's been neat with his work which was done for a fair price.

Michael Lucero has been doing work for us for several years. He has done installs for us, fixed non functioning power outlets; work on our electrical box just to name a few things. I needed some minor electrical work done, added some outlets, light fixtures & motion sensor security light in my garage. Also installed lighting with switch in my attic. First class job.
