Michael Ciarocca can not be trusted. He increased the quoted amount on a job at the time of invoicing by 33% in addition to not completing the installation of a dish washer and oven. He left a hole in our basement ceiling and flooded our kitchen while he was outside at his truck. He said he could not come back for at least 5 days due to a holiday but would call to follow-up which he again did not keep his word. We made the mistake of paying this "professional" in full and now he is unresponsive. I would not even give him 1 star as a rating if that were possible. We had to hire a 2nd contractor in order to complete the job. Buyer beware.

Mike installed a very complicated down-draft range in my kitchen. His work was very high quality. I corrected an installation error the previous installer made which would have caused an issue if I sold my home since the local inspectors check for this problem. He was prompt, friendly and professional. His fee was fair especially given the complexity of the installation.
