Michael Monaghan is a conscientious and thorough contractor who came to my home by referral, on time, and went up and beyond to spackle repair some trouble spots in my drywall with expertise, repair some water stains in my basement and even repaired my doorbell. He cleaned up after his work, returned to complete sanding and smoothing. I plan to re-use Michael Monaghan again in the future and refer him to neighbors and friends in the Philadelphia area.
