Michael Mosny was literally my knight in shining armor when it came to getting the city mandated remodeling and permits in time to close on the sale of the house. He was very professional. He was proactive and would do everything in his power to make sure we made the deadline. He would go to the city to personally check in on the status and to help move things along without me asking. All of his work was high quality and passed inspection with flying colors. He had excellent communication skills, and treated me, my architect, and my realtor with the utmost respect. His quotes were reasonable, and he stayed on budget. He was able to cut through the red tape, pull in specialists same day. He got more done in three weeks than we have managed to do in 6+ months. I've worked with a number of contractors, and he is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with or have heard about. He is also licensed and insured, which was critical for my project. I had a number of contractors lie about being licensed in order to get the bid, which put my project even further behind. When I asked Michael for his license and insurance information, he supplied it on the spot. I found him to be honest, and provide very timely updates, and very responsive. He also has a good relationship with the town's building department which was crucial to getting things done. He has a wonderful demeanor. I wish I could use him for every project I'll ever have
