If I could rate 0 stars I would. He deceives his customers. Contract he provided violated State requirements mandated by law. He promised things on contract that were never done. Things noted on contract were installed BUT were not functional and resulted in damage to home. They only looked like they were functional but when check by inspectors they were found to only be there for show. Once he has his check he does not want to talk to you. He does not stand behind his work. He does not follow building code or manufacturer requirements. Records show he has been successfully sued in court and been found in violation of State law and Regulations and been accessed triple damages for his actions. Business Ethics=FAIL, Business Practices=FAIL, Meets minimal Building Standards=FAIL, Followup of problems found=FAIL, There are much better options in the area. Stay away from this outfit.

Davidson is arrogant and dishonest. I have never in my adult life felt so disgusted by someones complete lack of respect and common decency. We were under contract with him to build us a new house. He built it 5 feet away from an easement, which was not consistent with the plan on record, and filled the easement with rock and fill which triggered a lawsuit. We found this out thru a neighbor 2 weeks before we were supposed to close and move in. Davidson didn't feel any obligation to even mention it to us. We couldn't buy a house with a lawsuit pending, so we agreed to rent it until the lawsuit was settled. Davidson refused to even speak to us because we wouldn't pay the taxes on the property that didn't belong to us. After a year of stress and disappointment, we finally moved on. Isn't a year of constant stress and uncertainty enough punishment? Now he is suing us and trying to put a lien on our new house based on completely false claims. Please beware!
