Mr. Pelletier built a farmers porch for me four years ago. At my request he installed seven wood support posts to support the roof. They are now rotting at the bottom and need replacing. Mr. Pelletier said he would come to the house and look to see what needs to be done. That was three months ago. Efforts to reach him by phone or email have gone unanswered. I have filed a consumer complaint with the attorney general's office.
