Horrible. Calls not returned. Agreements and Guarantees not honored. He ran over my wheelbarrow and said he would replace it. He never did. They pitched the asphalt in a way that water now bypasses the drain in front of my garage and water floods my garage every rain. Left piles of debris at my house. Scrambled to find a second job nearby my house then made that new customer a priority instead of showing up to the job when they said they would. Someone from Drivestone called me asking me to change my BBB review. They seemed really concerned about BBB and not at all concerned about sticking to their agreements.

Always check BBB for complaints. Used for asphalt and paver work. Damaged property and garage while doing work. Withheld money when he showed up demanding payment, bullied us into payment for most of it just to get him out of the home. He never showed up to fix damaged sidewalk concrete, damage to lawn and damage to garage doors. Ignoring any calls. Wouldn't want him back for free. Wish I could rate 0 stars. Avoid this business!!!!

Purcell is honest and fair. The price charged was very competitive too. Purcell used the best materials and did not cut corners. His team is very professional. I would hire him again if need arises. The team could improve its communications skills and pay more attention to details when they clean the work area before moving out of the site.

This is a follow up review of a job completed about 4 years ago - driveway paving and Belgian block curbing. Numerous Belgian blocks have come loose from the cement holding them in place. Pieces of asphalt are still coming up from the driveway even though it has been seal coated a number of times.
