    Michael Jones and his partner, Cheryl not sure what she does but they’re are scam artists they steal money to fill their pockets while taking shortcuts and doing for quality work and end up having to pay to get things done correctly and he still hasn’t finished at all he just leaves you without finishing the job

    gut rehab of bathroom

    Did not complete work. Did not get sign offs from Cambridge Building Department. Did not follow architects plans. Does not respond. Overall sloppy. Very nice guy so hard to fault but something was not right. Examples: He installed a new wall that was crooked but blamed the 100 yr old out of plumb framing. He left out adequate insulation on exterior wall. Pipes and bathtub drain froze. While insulation not specified in contract and i paid to add insulation to all interior walls. he left out the exterior. However, he did not get insulation inspection from city. Don't know if inspection required.
