We chose Mike to do a few large projects around our home. He did our roof and an all new exterior including siding, gutters, soffit, etc. His attention to detail is exactly what you’d want from someone doing work at your house. Great work, fair prices, and high expectations from himself and his crew.

We hired Michael through the recommendation of a friend to repair tree damage to our house, he did such a good job with the repairs we had him re-side our entire house and fix our front porch roof. This guy and his crew show up to work!! A True Craftsman with old school values he and his crew show up early and stay late to get the job done! His work is excellent! Consider yourself lucky to have him as your contractor.

We had our roof replaced by Michael Richline and his team and could not be happier with outcome. The quality of work and product used is very evident. His team is very hard working and they definitely pay attention to detail. He was able to schedule quickly as he knew we wanted to have the roof replaced before our son was born. They were even able to complete the entire project in 1 1/2 days. We had several of our neighbors compliment us on how great our roof looked. Michael is very personable and we would highly recommend!

This is the second time I have utilized Michael and his team. The first time was back in 2012, and we had experienced damage to our roof from a high wind storm. Michael did a fantastic job and was able to make the process smooth and very efficient! In fact, it was a very tall home with steep angles and Michael was able to complete the project in record time. Fast forward 8 years at our “ forever home” we experienced damage again. Many contractors were in the neighborhood knocking on doors and looking to earn business. I couldn’t think of anyone else but Michael and his crew to hire. Again, his professionalism and ease to work with is amazing! He and his crew were able to complete a sizeable project and did not leave until work was completed. Extremely clean, and dillegent leaving no stone unturned. I have recently recommended Michael to a family member and I know my family will be in great hands and another satisfied customer! Excellent job Michael and team, and another job well done.

Michael & his crew were fantastic! They replaced my roof and I am very satisfied. My roof has a pretty steep pitch and Michael did not give any qualms about doing the job. We hired Mr.Rickline and crew to remove a slate roof convert to a shingled roof.Mr.Rickline and crew worked deligently very thorough.
They assisted with putting away my patio furniture.They were excellent they cleaned up you could not tell a roof was installed .

Michael Richline General Contractor has done several jobs for us through the years and we have always been extremely satisfied. Most recently they have done a complete 2400 square foot roof and 3 Velux skylights which was a $11000 job. From the minute this crew shows up on the job you can tell they are a well oiled machine. Each person understands the job and their role and knows how to perform it, and their communication with each other is unsurpassed. The attention to every little detail is incredible. Watching this team work you get the confidence your job is getting done right. This was a two day job, the work area was meticulously spotless from one day to the next, and the work performed is A +. Now here is where they really shine, on all jobs there are parts of the job which yield hidden challenges, obstacles or areas where this job meets areas from a previous work situation. When this crew reaches these areas they craft a solution to the situation and do it right. Attention to detail is awesome. All of our neighbors stop when passing and admire the work we had done, and we are getting an estimate from Michael for a major deck roof expansion in the near future. Michael Richline has performed several home improvement jobs at our house…a new roof, a new patio door and built a new shed. Him and his crew are always on time and clean up their work area. The work performed is amazing and he is very meticulous about the details. I would highly recommend him for any job, he’s the best!

We contacted Mike with a few large last minute jobs that needed to be done in order to sell our home. He worked with us to get the job done in the short timeline and provided a fair price. We went away on vacation and felt comfortable leaving the job in his hands. He communicated with us every step of the way. When we returned home the jobs were completed and exceeded our expectations. Michael and his crew did a complete exterior renovation to my home. He removed and installed the roof, siding, shutters, doors, light fixtures and a TREX deck. It was an extensive reno, but he really did a fabulous job. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made sure it was right. I wanted to personally take the time to write a review for Michael. I feel like so many people take the time to write a negative review as opposed to a positive. My mom is a widow and lives alone and has a hard time doing projects around the house. I was given Michaels number and without hesitation he offered to help plow my mothers driveway, sidewalks, and do projects around her home. I was shocked, that someone was willing to go above and beyond to help a woman he never met. I am forever thankful to this man for being proactive and giving me faith that "GOOD PEOPLE," still exist. I have and will continue to recommend him to my clients, family, and friends. Thank you.

He put a new roof on my house recently and I have serious leekage from my skylights with water seeping into the wall in my family (great) room. He does not return my calls to his place of business and his personal cell phone. As I watch the paint peel off the wall, my anxiety level is increasing. I called him several days ago, and three times today.

Michael is by far the BEST man for the job. He remodeled my bonus room and I could not be happier!!

5+ I got my roof done about a year ago. Mike and crew were done quicker than expected. Changed from slate to architetural. They worked under very cold conditions, and were very therough on cleaning up.Very pleased with the service.
