    Build house

    Bought a brand new house from him in 2010. Nice looking w some cool features.
    Unfortunately within 2 years there were issues - the roof design contributed to ice dams - snow would settle in the V shaped valley, slowly melt and before long it'd look Iike an ice waterfall. Next door a Curatola home had the same issue.
    Wood rot within 18 mos forced us to replace the portico out front - we were told it was cheap quality and had been untreated. Similar issues on the back deck railing. Frustrating too was that the builder violated conservation rules in the back - didn't pay fees to discharge those and in order to sell we had to pay those instead
    So all in all - nice interior but I'd steer clear as you may not catch where he's cutting corners to make some more profit
