Stay away from this unprofessional guy at all costs! He wasted 1 month of our time. We purchased a pool because he said he would install it. We broke up our patio for him to install the pool - that he told us to purchase. Upon his request, we filed and paid for a pool permit with our town.
His price went up several hundred dollars, and when we asked him if it went up because he will be bringing the sand, he hung up the phone on us. When I texted him, he said find someone else because we are complaining about the price. We were simply asking if we didn't have to purchase the sand, is he bringing the sand because the price we hired him for went up.
He is an audacious, rotten individual. Very rude. Trying to talk to this man is impossible. He complains about everything, interupts you, doesn't listen, and in mid conversation will forget who he is talking to and will say "who is this again?"
We now have a pool sitting in our garage with a pool permit from our town and a destroyed yard - for nothing!
We have an electrician and a plumber contracted for the gas line for the heater - that's already been left a deposit for. We also scheduled and paid for a dumpster for the dirt. All for nothing!!!
Please, save yourself time, money, and your sanity.
By the way, he also trespassed on our property. He let himself in, without telling us, and spray painted our yard to mark the pool area. Who does that????
