My first impression of Michael was that. he was competent and efficient but after he left my house I found he had hooked up one of my bathroom faucets backwards (turn lever to hot position and cold comes out vice versa. He promise to come back that day and fix. Never came. No response to 3 phone messages left on answering machine. A job done wrong is a job not done.

I just read Donna M.'s review from 2021 and have had nearly the same experience. Mike Vassalle works some for Allen Patteson who is very well respected GC. Mike did our initial install for new construction on Fripp. We had just a couple of items that we are happy to pay for but he does not return calls, text etc. Terrible service so could not in good conscience recommend him.
