    Michael Wright built my house in 1991. We moved in February of that year. Since then the front porch has settled and is leaning in towards my house allowing rain water to run towards the foundation. Also, as a result of the porch not being tied into the foundation the brick on the front of the house is sagging and has huge gaps between them.

    As a matter of fact every piece of concrete work from the basement to the garage has cracks in it. The basement floor has cracks all the way across it. Also, the ceiling in the garage was not properly finished off which violates building fire codes. I'm sure he took some other shortcuts. I'm sure they'll show up in the future too. The house wasn't built to last.

    The house has always made noises. Maybe it's still settling. Some other contractors have commented on Wright's character and it was not good.

    My recommendation; what out for this guy.
