Completely unorganized, lots of hidden cost, many delays due to not ordering supplies when paid for upfront by customer(two month delays), inconsiderate crew members, and doesn't know how to prepare an accurate spread sheet for proper billing purposes(loses receipts for accuracy and makes up prices without proof). There are so many problems to list in this space. Would not recommend this contractor for any sized/type of job. We had to help guide he and his crew through each and every step of our home project finding installation instructions for them feeling like General Contractors ourselves. We just don't have the time or we would have done the work ourselves. Had we known that our home project would take as long as building a new home we would have chosen another more qualified contractor not someone that deceptive.
