John the owner is a gentleman, he said "I want to help you" and asked me to make appointment with Town Inspector to see what work needed to be continued done for my house, after my horrible previous contractor left. He even noticed how inadequate the skimpy undersized tarp was put on my house during demolition when it rained hard and often in March, at that time he worked in the neighborhood and passed by frequently. I appreciate your offer, John, even though my husband decided to hire another builder, we may hire you next time for another house.
