Super pleasant experience! I researched just about everyone in the Wichita area and I chose them to do work on my siding, windows and a bathroom remodel. I was super pleased with the salesman, Kyle, he was never pushy, acted like he really cared and listened to everything that I wanted or had a concern of. When it came to waiting on the windows to come in, they came quicker than expected which was nice! The installers were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. My new shower looks like a million dollars, literally! I would highly recommend.

We talked with Dave Becker when we had a window fail. We were told when we bought the windows that they were guaranteed for as long as we lived in the house. The guarantee included the window and installation. We have had several windows replaced in the past and they honored the contract and charged us nothing. Dave gave some explanation as to why he would have to charge for the installation but said he would do it for only $30. The window came in and the installer called us saying that there would be a $50 trip charge and $75 installation. So we called Dave and he said there was nothing he could do about it and he would NOT take the loss. He is not a man of his word! Don’t hire Mid America!
