I would not recommend Mid Atlantic MillWork to another. I recently had a vinyl fence installed and have escalated my dissatisfaction with Lowe's regarding the install. I will soon reach out to Mid Atlantic Millwork as suggested by Lowe's to see if there is resolution. The installer's opinion differs from other reputable companies in the area. In short, my request is to have corner posts where needed. The installer continues to state my foundation will not allow it when there isn't any reason for this. Unsatisfactory

We hired Lowe’s to install a fence around our pool. We bought the materials from Lowe’s and they subcontracted out to Kevin Johnson with Mid-Atlantic Millworks. The fence was started but they likely damages the plumbing for the new pool because there is now standing water that was not there before. We called Lowe’s multiple times to have someone sent out to look at it. Every time we call they say they’ve put in a work order but it’s been over a month and we haven’t heard a thing. Kevin was supposed to come out and finish the fence on multiple occasions but has yet to show up and the job was started 2 months ago. The fence that has been installed is uneven but according to him is fine because it goes with the lay of the land. We are beyond frustrated with Lowe’s and with Mid-Atlantic Millworks. Do NOT go to Lowe’s for an install and definitely do not hire Kevin Johnson with Mid-Atlantic Millworks!
