We had Mike & his brothers (Mid-Cities Builders) do a rebuild of an outdoor room protecting our pool equipment and they did a fantastic job. Price, schedule and quality was far better than we hoped for.
Because of the quality work they did, we asked them to bid on another 4 projects and they did with acceptable pricing BUT - and here's the rub - their follow-up (to start any of the projects) is as bad as I have EVER been insulted with by any contractor.
Great work; yes. Someone you would or could on; NO, absolutely NOT!!

A friend recommended a company called Mid-Cities Builders owned by Chris and Steven Tucker. She couldn't say enough good things about them. They just left my house and, so far, I agree with her.
I haven't officially hired him yet, so no pictures. I am impressed that he immediately started getting all the ducks in a row by setting up appointments with various others i.e., plumbers, electricians, etc. One thing he pointed out that no one else did is possible foundation problems. And he explained to me that if the foundation needs to be repaired that everything else is mute. If I have the remodeling remodeled (due to Billy Blankenship) then it would all shift including the plumbing, walls, etc., be off-centered more than it already is, and possibly crack the tiles, etc. He offered a first rate foundation company that will give a free estimate and if the work doesn't need to be done, they will be honest enough to say it doesn't. From the reviews I've read they are also very reasonable.
