If I could give zero stars I would. My mother had and an appointment to have her ducts connected. This was Thursday July 25, 2019. The appointment was supposed to arrive at 9am. He never showed. She called him at 11:30 and he said he would be there at 12pm. DID NOT SHOW AGAIN. She called him once more, and instead of answering her like a respected business owner, ( that he definitely is NOT) he texted her saying “FIND ANOTHER COMPANY”. So if you’re looking for a great company Thant cares about their clientele...please, save yourself and go to an different company.

I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible. DO NOT USE. They do not know what they are doing and they do a terrible job. Missed appointments with me and with the county permit inspector, over and over and over again. Charged for a permit, lied about getting a permit, I forced their hand, they lied again, over and over and over. DO NOT TRUST. Took 6 months to put in a unit and duct work. Lied about the unit. Forced them to take the wrong unit off and put on the right one. Very poor sheet metal work. DO NOT USE.
