DO NOT USE MIDCON CONSTRUCTION. When I met with the Project Manager Lawrence Christian on March 29,2013, I gave him the deposit of $1720. He requested the check be made payable to Midcon Construction as they were doing the construction on the project. I tried to get a date scheduled to do the bathroom project since I made the initial deposit on March 29, 2013. When a date was agreed upon by myself and Mr. Christian, which was in May 2013, I did not hear from him to finalize the details of what would be done to get the project started and completed. As of July 2013, still nothing had been done and I had not heard from Mr. Christian. As of the end of July 2013, I tried to contact this provider and the phone number provided by Mr. Christian and on the website is disconnected. I have sued Joseph Morgan the owner of Midcon Construction to get my $1720 deposit returned to me from Midcon Construction as the construction agreement does not stipulate the money is non-refundable. As 2017 there is on outstanding Judgement against Joseph Morgan and Midcon Construction for the return of my money. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
