Chad is a small business that you will not find in any paper. We were very lucky to hire him through friends many years ago. He has been in business over twenty years and is very dependable. He does most of the work himself with helpers ocasssionally and I have never been let down. He has served our family for over eighteen years and we have many friends that he has worked for over ten at least.Give him a call and you will be happy with the service he offers.His pricing is not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. He is fair. It is the old saying you get what you pay for and I dont have any headaches with this contractor. I figure a nursing home is twice what chad is charging and I dont want to go there. Basically I have been with him for five years now. I have never worried about anything not getting done and he and his family are extremely nice. The bill is everything he says it will be. I feel spoiled by him and I am lucky to have him since I was taken for a ride in the past. Now if only I can find an auto mechanic I feel the same way about.
