I own and live in a 1920s-built home in St. Paul and this company serviced my boiler several months ago. I thought it needed to be replaced (expecting to spend $10,000+ !) The service person cleaned and serviced it and the boiler is now working great. The service person followed CDC's recommendations of wearing a face mask and keeping socially distanced. The Owner and service personnel were great communicators. I was impressed and highly recommend Midland for heating/cooling needs.
