  I was a juror

  Never hire this man

  I was on the jury in a lawsuit against Keith Hall. The only reason we found in his favor was because the plaintiff's home warranty expired before he hired an inspector and found out about the substandard work done on his house. Mr. Hall admitted in court that he never visits a building site to check on the work being done and has no idea whether or not his subcontractors are licensed or keep up with the home building codes. He may have won the lawsuit, but are 12 jurors who would never hire him even to build a dog house.

  DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER!!! I signed my contract over 10 MONTHS ago!! and nothing has been done on my house. I can get no answers either. I was told he would start a couple months ago once he closed on two other houses and yet still I am stuck looking at an empty lot. This has gotten beyond ridiculous. Then just last month I was led to an AL.com article which states Keith Hall owes over $100k in back taxes, which leads me to believe my house may never be built.

  Keith hall is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with, him and his relator he uses will lie to your face. I signed a contract with him over 6 months ago and my house isn't even framed yet, my basement slab isn't even poured. We call multiple times and get no answer, he will not even give out his direct phone number. To get answers you have to contact the relator that claims she knows nothing, and wait days to hear back that Keith is waiting on whatever the excuse of the day is. We have been in this process for over 6 months now, and crews have worked on our house less than 10 days out of those 6 months. USE SOMEONE ELSE, YOU WILL REGRET CHOSING THIS COMPANY.

  They have repeatedly moved the closing date and rarely have anyone working on the home. The owner refuses to make corrections and only offers to refund my earnest money. I have been in the building process for 6 months, I just want my house finished and finished correctly.
