    deck

Sept 25,2020, MidTown Home Improvement knock on the door of our house I hired for demolish and build a composite deck 120 sf supposedly to get ready new deck by Nov 2020 total project $22,200.00. We didn't listen nothing about project schedule for 8 months.

May 10, 2021 our patience is exhausted we knew are dealing with dishonest and unprofessional company once I called Mid Town Home Improvement to cancel the project and asked return our down payment $ 2,200 appear in scene Jarod Blade General Manager being extremely disrespectful and rude by phone then asked him respect and any communication do it by e-mail this man was extremely sarcastic showing how cynical and liar Jarod Blade wrote he has 25 years experience no judge or arbitrator would agree to the canceling for a few days to a week delay also he asked us additional $ 4,400 to break agreement legally in addition to our down payment $ 2,200 trying to steal more money. He was available start project ASAP to try and make lemonade out of this lemon for us then we were willing to take off $ 500 off our balance of $ 20,000 considering our project it is a one week delay is being very generous with us understanding our frustration. Jarod Blade showed his dishonesty and immaturity. He didn’t know that I have the information of Building Permit City they completed 4/26/2021 (7 months late)

The above proves the falsehood and intention to steal our money

July 12, 2021 ( 10 months late) in the 16th Judicial circuit Jackson County Mo at 9:30 a.m none appeared the small claim hearing because criminals are afraid and cowards of judges

    Patrick Melson President

    Jarod Blade General Manager

We won the case but started a garnishment process without results, Patrick Melson with complicity of bank of Old Monroe located in Old Monroe, Mo 63369 changed account bank.

Midtown Home Improvement isn’t a legal company they denied to show us Business License, Work Compensation as neither insurances.

Midtown Home Improvement by e-mail clearly say will not be held responsible for any damages any nail pops from install on your home inside or outside of your home it is the reason why didn’t show proofs of insurances.

We hired Midtown Home Improvement Sept 25, 2020 to build a composite deck unfortunately has been a terrible experience wasting 31 months trying get our money then the problem will be worst following with more legal problems

Beware of this scam company run by criminals who are experts in stealing money from customers once get down payment they don’t do the job and they know how evade and circumvent the justice.

The composite deck has been built for deckinteriors for $ 15,500.00 less money and extremely professional.

    window replacement
    $9,500

there was a long wait for my project to actually get scheduled and done, however; I must say that they gave me a good price, thanks to Bob Miller my sales associate, and I was truly impressed with the installer that was sent on my project, August Sallee. He was professional, time efficient, and extremely careful of our property. He gets a 10 out of 10!!
