    Windows

We had new windows installed by Midtown Home Improvements, they were put in our upstairs/attic area.
We have plantation shutters on all our windows and bought 2 sets of blinds for the windows upstairs that look like Plantation shutters.
The workers from this company tore down our blinds in the attic and the company would not reimburse us. The workmanship is good, but you have to keep your eyes on them because they will cut corners.

    Window repair and installation

We has a very good experience with this contractor. We got several bids, but midtown‘s was the best. It was least expensive and they can come out and get the work done quicker. I would recommend Mitch if you’re giving them a call.

Was going to be insulation but cancelled

This company came out to gove a quote the next day i cancelled i left the sales manager a 500.00 deposit told him to just tear up the check the next morning insread the check was cashed 2 weeks later back in nov. As of this day still have not seen a refund of my money .OMG i would have gotten a refund from the electric company by now. If this is how they run there business i dont want any part of it.Went there once called them a week ago still no check. This company is not trustworthy. Stop tbink twice before using them.

This company did an amazing job on my deck and fence. I couldn't be happier with their communication and workmanship. Great Job Midtown!

This company stood me up at the estimate for over 2 hours. No call no show. They have a call center fielding all of their calls pretending to be the actual business. When I called the call center two separate times to ask why the company hadn't shown up, they eventually said they googled the property address and that our client lives in a "trailer" in a "trailer" park. Since they thought it was a "trailer" they decided it wasn't worth their time to show up. Our client's home is a brand new build, and is a 2.200 sq ft home on a foundation, sitting on 4 acres. Buyer beware of this company as they are only out to make a quick buck and if they think you don't have it, or that they can't make enough profit on you, they will profile you and not show up or even call to explain themselves.

    Patio roof

ABSOLUTELY A JOKE!!! Telling lies straight from the beginning (though we didnt know until after). Dan told us they had an opening that they could get us in pretty quick (said mid November) when we talked with him end of September/very early October. Pricing is a joke. Their paperwork says they will contact us every other week to let us know our progress- ha! All communication I have had to call or email myself to see where things were. After I found out we were waiting on the permit (she told me they submitted it the previous week), i decided to call the city to see what was going on with it.... It had JUST been submitted the day before! They stated if HOA wasn't an issue, the process goes much faster... Bigger Joke! We finally were told they would begin work the week of December 16th. I had to CALL THEM December 19th late to find out if they were coming tomorrow or Saturday. Didnt find out until the next day they would be at our house FINALLY December 26th. She also told me they would call me the day before to verify the date.... I AGAIN had to call the night before to verify they were coming. Glenlow came, THANKFULLY. After talking with some people, they had told me they continue to hear bad things about Midtown, their communication and many other things are at their best, horrible. Took them day and an hour or two to finish, but Glenlow company did a GREAT JOB! (They are the company who makes and installs the patio roofs, NOT MIDTOWN THANK GOSH!) Was told throughout the work being done that I would get a call about when Midtown's electrician would be by to put in our boxes.... Never did. Was told from Dan I would get a call from 'Chris' the project manager next day. Never did. Waited another day and nothing. I messaged Dan back to see, he said he would call me the next day. Same thing happened. I finally sent a message (keeping documentation) saying how upset we were at all of this. Got a basic apology and oh, Chris would call me. That was yesterday, so we will see if I get a call today.
Now, financing. Was told by Dan when we did the initial consult to confirm everything, that we would Not get our credit checked or pay anything until AFTER ALL THE WORK WAS DONE, we ALL did a walk through, AND WE WERE HAPPY (other than the initial small deposit). We also said we would put down a good amount of the payment before the financing. End of October- received in the mail all the paperwork, our new account information, and our credit card info for when we needed to pay for the roof. SERIOUSLY??? Thats NOT waiting!! This morning I received an email from the credit company that we could use that there was a charge FROM Midtown for the total amount of the project! Reminder- We STILL have NOT heard back from Chris to get the electrician out to finish, AND we were told we would have to do a walk through BEFORE we paid for anything.... BEYOND PISSED WITH THEM!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

I really wish we could have just worked directly with Glenlow. Great people, they had great customer service, and their work was fantastic! Thanks again to them for sure THEY would receive 5 stars!!

Windows, storm door, triple patio door, double patio door

Midtown Home Improvements did an excellent job of sharing information on their energy saving products with my husband and me. In a timely and cost effective manner, they installed windows throughout our home, a storm door, a triple patio door, and a double patio door. We are very pleased with the aesthetic value these improvements added to our home, and we're seeing energy savings on our monthly utility bills. We highly recommend Midtown Home Improvements!

    Windows

They remodeled my kitchen last year and it looks fantastic! This year I had them put in my new windows. They showed up when they said, did 10 windows in one day. They had 4 men and they could not have been more professional. They worked as a team, were nice and new their jobs well. I love my kitchen and windows and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

Install a Deck and Fencing around our property

We used them several years ago when we had our house built for a deck and
fence. The deck started pulling away from the house but when we may a service request they came out and looked at our deck but never fixed the deck.
We had to end up having the deck replaced by a different company.
The gate and fencing are now falling apart as well.
I contacted Home Advisor and they came up at the top of the list of Pros for some new work we want done.
Giving them the new work will only be contingent on them fixing the fencing and gate problem because THEY did NOT fix our deck.
A few weeks ago their clipboard toting gentlemen were in our neighborhood and we showed him the problem with our gate and fence and said he would have someone contact us but no one ever did from Midtown Home Improvement.
I left a message on the service repair persons voicemail today.
We will see if they contact me tomorrow.
    Regards,
    Allen
