Awful experience . I was quoted 1,400 which was a great price but then when I went to pay he said it was going to be 1,700 because he did the TOP of the steps (mind you this did not include the risers and the top of steps were already sanded ready for stain and poly). I paid them thinking the job was good to go, got to the site and it was deplorable. They left underneath the cabinets bare wood not sanded at all, they left the floor looking gritty throughout the entire house, they left bare spots everywhere where you could see they only used one coat of poly when they promise you 3. They didn’t use wood filler at all so there are huge gaps in my floors still, they also wood puttied 2 tiny holes with a light color and did not stain so now that is underneath the poly clear as day. Left pooling in corners where they used poly. Left sawdust covered on everything like a layer of snow I had to clean up. They have not returned my calls and have been dodging me for weeks. Horrible work ethic , horrible company, horrible everything . He seems nice when you meet him but I guess thats how they get you.
