By Billy H.April 13, 2019GC hired them to do our 4000 square foot foundation$30,000
Mike Brooks was hired by our GC to do our foundation! 2 engineers and many core samples later we find we have in places only 2” concrete, rebare showing, chairs popping up, core samples fell apart and never even reached a acceptable psi with out crumbling. Plus the worst finish job you have ever seen ! He took our money and left us with this mess! He may start up under a different name . GOOGLE COMPLAINTS ON THIS GUY! DO NOT USE HIM!

By Rick W.March 21, 2016put curbs around the playground and build a giant multi level sand box. Plus install sidewalks$16,0004 days
Mike Brooks and his crew have done two projects at the Children's Emergency Shelter in Kaufman Texas. His prices were fair the work was done in a timely manner. When they were done the cleanup was excellent and project looked great. I recommend them highly.

BEWARE!! Do not use this guy. Hired him to build a shop. He is all nice at first, but as soon as he gets your money he is done being nice. Problems: plumbing placed incorrectly, he said it will work out, toilet is now 12 inches off-center. Overheads doors, supposed to be 2 of them, he framed for only 1, he had to reframe for 2nd door, after he told me I was wrong, I had to show him picture of contract to show him he was wrong. Concrete not beveled on second door opening because of this. All windows leak. Roof trim done wrong and leaked, he only caulked to repair. After questioning his mistakes he got upset. Wife quit talking to him after he was an a** to her, he got that way with me too. Could not get him to come and look at anything. I asked him to come out and go over my concerns, he refused. Direct quote out of his mouth " I am not going to waste 3-4 hrs of my time to coddle you through this project." NOT KIDDING HERE. He told me on Sept 16th the overhead doors were ready, then started making excuses saying they could not get parts for the doors. Oct 14th still no doors and only a laundry list of excuses. We ended up firing him and hired another contractor to finish. New contractor ordered doors on Oct 17 and installed on Oct 20. I can not stress this enough, save yourself and do not hire this guy.
