I had Mike put on a new roof that ended up leaking and ruining the kitchen ceiling. Mike came out and 'patched' the leak in the roof, but the kitchen was left to me. A short time later, the patch job also began leaking and Mike wouldn't show up and just quit taking my calls. Between the ceiling damage and having to hire a more professional roofer to fix Mike's leaks, I'm almost double in what he charged me for the new roof in the first place. I do not recommend.

When we bought our new house, it needed a new roof and Mike was suggested. He would not get in contact with me and I almost lost my homeowners insurance due to his delays in fixing the roof. Since the roof was put on a year and a half ago, I have had seven leaks- some in the same place even after he “fixed” them. He does not respond to calls and does not show up when he says he will. I still have a stain on my ceiling from a leak, but he would not respond to repeated calls from me to schedule a repaint. Do not recommend.

I was disappointed as Mike removed some gutter guards before doing a patch job on my roof but his roofer never put them back. Now I have lots of pine needles in my gutter and I cannot get up there to get them. I was most unhappy that he did not give me anything in writing before doing the job. I'll know better next time!!

I hired Mike Coady to put a new roof on my house in August of 2022. His team did a great job. I had a couple of questions/concerns and Mike was quick to respond and alleviate them. Due to hail damage a week and a half ago, I’m repeating the job.
