    Roof, trusses, vinyl, soffits, facia, trim and gutters.
    $33,000

    Mike Dean Construction LLC has not done the work contracted after 6 months. I hired him to remove and replace my trusses and do my roof. He did not remove and replace the trusses and shingled over sandwiched in new trusses with old leaving a hump on my roof. The new trusses have been cut to be jammed in. He billed for a crane he did not use and instead hired 6 guys to heave the trusses up, damaging two or more. I had to hire a structural engineer to figure out how to fix this. He has not responded to my emails asking when he will be done. He was supposed to remove and replace vinyl and replaced some then proceeded to paint old vinyl and trim. Left nails and screws all over and old materials at the work site. Weeks on out no one has showed up. Gutters were to be replaced, they were not. He billed me on July 9 and work is yet to be done.
