I recently had an unexpected plumbing issue when I was getting treated for termites. The Company had drilled into a water line. I realized accidents happen, as Murphy sits on my doorstep. I was left without water.The Company called Mike Douglass Plumbing in for the repair. A plumber was at my home later that afternoon to assess the damages and told me they would be back first thing the next morning. Sure enough they were and I know this poor guy was really scratching his head at first, but he reassured me, telling me "ma'am, if I have to stay here all night, you will have water" This guys name was John, he was the most professional, polite and hardworking young man. He worked so hard, but when he finally found the pipe that had been drilled into that was the problem, I think he was as thrilled as a kid getting tickets to Disney World! He repaired the pipe, which was no easy job, he cleaned up his mess and I had water once again. Yes, if I need a plumber, I will call Mike Douglass Plumbing and I will ask for John. I even called the office and the girls that answered the phone were very nice and professional. That's why I gave them five stars.
