The job was clearly explained and cost agreed by each of us in person. The materials used were of the highest quality and install in a professional manner. Type L soft copper is considered a high end under ground installation. (in California) Fitting used were Viega propress type. I encourage you to do better research before making comments that adversely effect a small family business. -

We called him at 5pm, and as soon as he finished his last job of the day, he came over to fix our leak. Super nice guy, and does good work.

Mike took 2 days to come replace a leaky shower faucet. It broke in less than 3 weeks. After almost 3 weeks of messages and calls to Mike with either no response or “maybe I can get out next week” he didn’t show up when he promised. I had to hire another plumber to come replace the faucet. The new plumber said the faucet should be under warranty and he would back his work 100%.
I don’t believe Mike Erland is very ethical.
