Mike left us with a drain line for a toilet that had a fitting that ran up hill rather than down - as a result it clogged several times and resulted in a great deal of cost to have people clear the drain on an emergency basis. When he was asked to look at the problem, the very first words out of his mouth were "that's how its supposed to be". I would avoid using him for any work.
