Do not use this guy under any circumstances! He will lie and inform you you need a whole new furnace and air conditioning system when in fact, the system needs only minor repairs. He marks materials and parts up 400% over what the average consumer can buy them on the internet for. He will tell you something can not be fixed because it will involve taking the whole furnace apart and thus it would be cheaper to buy a new furnace when in fact, the part that needs replacing can be easily reached on the system with out taking the furnace apart. (per two other furnace and air conditioning guys.) when he did a bait and switch on me quoting one price for a part before starting the work and a much higher price after completing the work and invoicing me, I objected to the bait and switch. I also told him at that point in time he was not to do any more work on my property or come on my property again and I was finding another contractor. So, he ignored the above comment and trespassed on my property without my permission and took out the on/off switch on the air conditioner, shutting off the air conditioner on a woman who was nine months pregnant in 108% degree heat. Please people wise up! This man talks a good line but is price gouging on parts and materials and falsely pushing people to replace systems needing only minor repairs. Oh, and he also gives you no suggestions on preventive maintenance. I found out from another heating and air conditioning guy that you can extend the life of your furnace and air conditioner by changing the furnace filter every 60 days. Also, any person can be easily trained to spot a leak in the refrigerant coolant. Of course, mike will absolutely not advise you on preventive maintenance. He wants your system to go out so he can sell you a new furnace and/or air conditioner. I actually reported him to the police for trespassing and stealing the on/off switch on my system.
