    Pool house

    I have known Mike for over 20 years. I, being a mortgage consultant, have assisted many folks thru the years with financing to have Mike build their homes with no negative feed back from any of them. I in fact have had Mike build my pool house at my residence and also build two spec homes thru the years. His thoroughness to detail and his insistence on meeting promised dead lines where very appreciated. In the those years I have referred family, friends and business associates to his very capable hands.

    Mr. Nitzen built my home in 1992 and represented himself as a licensed contractor. During and upon completion of my home we had nothing but problems. I found out that Mr. Nitzen was posing as a licensed contractor but working under his father-in laws license. I learned this after reporting Mr. Nitzen to CA consumer affairs. As a result his father-in law lost his license.

    Mr. Nitzen should not have a license to build anything more than a bird house.
