Mike has taken a great reputation of his father's company and ruined it.
Mike built a home for my now ex-wife and I a few years back, and it was a horrid experience.
He cares much about putting money into his pocket, but little about taking care of his client.
I had to spend hours every day watching subcontractors, as he would not.
A few examples:
I wanted instant on hot water. His subcontractor didn't understand, and Mike had me talk to the pot-reeking plumber to attempt to explain it. In the end, it was not done correctly, and not caught until too late, so it was nonfunctional in more than half the house.
He asked me on several occasions if workers had shown up in the last week.
He has no eye for detail and missed that tiles were being laid out in the wrong pattern and that in another area, they were putting them down crooked to the wall.
I told him the deck was not waterproofed correctly, and after completion, it flooded out the kitchen requiring a new ceiling, texture, paint, and several months of discomfort and stress. He couldn't even get the fix completed and I ended up hiring at my expense, someone to finish the job.
There is a lot more....Suffice it to say, I have hatred now for the man, no respect whatever, and beg you to find someone, anyone else.
Finally, I know of another remodel job he did for someone and had the wife reduced to tears daily because he wouldn't complete the job in a timely manner.

I hate to write this review. But after holding it for more than 10 years, with none of the old problems getting resolved but new problems coming out constantly, I have to.
My house was build in 2009 by Regan Built. Soon after I moved it, problems kept coming out, leaking shower, leaking drain pipe, poorly painted hardwood floor that is easy to scratch and kept giving very strong odor for months, and a roof leak I did not find at that time, not to mention the many cracks in the exterior stucco walls.
The builder did have the leaking shower fixed, and the floor repainted, and the leaking sewer fixed, the have the stucco guy come back and made some effort to seal the cracks on stucco. The problems were not completed resolved. The stucco kept on cracking and the drain pipe leak fix was only good for 8 years. After the first year, the builder refused to do anything, even though the old cracks on stucco wall kept coming out, and new cracks were seen constantly because, according to the builder " the one year warranty is over". Later on, within the first 5 to 6 years, I have 3 huge leaks on the roof that poured water inside the house, and stone veer dropping from the front wall, plus dozens, if not hundreds, cracks on the stucco walls, many of them are a few yards long. I cannot find a single stucco panel that has no crack. THe fix is costly if I can find someone to fix it. It will cost more than $50,000 to have the wall resurfaced to seal the many leaks. That was last year's estimate.
For the roof, I have so far found three big leaks that poured water when it rains, and I don't how many small leaks that are not easily seen. Till this day, I still have such leaks on the roof that cause moisture and mold. The smell comes into the house and made me sick for more than a year.
I have found roofers to fix the problem, and was told by them that the roof was not installed correctly. Many places the shingles don't have overlaps, therefore the leaking. When I built my house, I upgraded the shingle to the best one available on the marked, that carries a limited life time warranty, but I found many shingles and ridge caps already have cracks in less than 10 years. I was told by the roofers these shingles and ridge caps are not what I paid for. They are of much poorer quality and therefore could not last long. This is cheating! I am still trying to get those cracks ridge caps replaced.
For the 11 years since I moved to the house, I have not spent many days worry free about house. I had to deal with one problem after another. Some of these problems are very serious, not they are costly to fix, but not easy to have a fix that going to last.
When I choose the builder to build my house, I had no idea that he did not have people he can trust to use for the work, but made bids for the subcontractors to do the work. He did sent his roofer and stone guy to fix a few of the problems, but not for free. I found the worker were different from the companies that built my house.
With so many serious problems on the house, the builder refused to admit anything that was not done properly, and even once blamed me for having so many issues on the house he built. Recently I gently asked him if he can send a roofer to fix the problem on my roof and I will pay, since it is not easy for me to find anyone. He simple ignored my request.
I spent my many years saving to built this house which is my home and which I am supposed to have peace living in. It turned out to be a nightmare. Now I can not use one of my bath and two toilets because the leaking drain pipe, and every day I had to use a bucket to collect the water from downstairs AC. I have to endure the smell coming to the house and have running nose, sore throat, coughing and sneezing, burning trachea, nausea, headaches while waiting to find people to fix all the problem and at the same time get ready to empty my bank account to pay for all these. I have asked the builder if he has peace sleeping while knowing what kind house he built for his customer. I am curious to know the answer.
