Mike isn't a routine production drooling kind of wood butchering cabinet slammer. He's a craftsman right off the blocks and has been for almost 40 years now. To use his services is to bring an artist onto the job. All that will get screwed up will be marvelous masterpieces to walls that are waiting. A word of caution: Don't even call Mike unless you settle for only the best! Otherwise, go to the local Home Depot, to some other builder's warehouse or box-banging bimbo - enterprises that turn out routine for then- obviously a routine kind of homeowner.
