I called Mike Simpson at recommendation of my usual plumber, who was out of town. I had a water leak from my PEX plumbing, installed 4 years ago, leaking down the breakfast room wall and under my hardwood floors. This occurred on a Saturday. Mike came immediately, found and repaired the leak. He was prompt, courteous, polite, informative, and cleaned up completely. I did not receive a bill for 4 weeks, so I called him. He stated he felt the leak should have been under warranty (although it was not) and that the materials were not expensive. He refused payment, even for his time (2 hours).
Mike is honest, bright, a neat man, and a great plumber. I can not praise him sufficiently highly. I would be comfortable with him performing any plumbing job for me, large or small.
