After paying up front for the house build, Sluss Construction did not complete the work. Framing was good, finish work was poor. Did not supervise the job as he promised, did not seal windows properly causing rain to leak into the house. Fixed it with duct tape instead of flashing.

I've asked for a bid and it's been 2 weeks and nothing. In the meantime I asked if he could send somebody over to fix the fascia that we discussed during his initial visit. He showed up with a can of spray foam to close the hole and charged me $80 for 20 mins of nothing. Not at all meeting my expectations of a permanent fix. He stated they did not have the fiber board at Lowe's, and it would have to be ordered. I went to Lowe's and they did have it. Very disappointing.
